工件在脱脂、除锈、水洗、表面调整、磷化等工序中,渗入焊缝的液体难以排出,而且水洗不能完全去除夹杂物,在湿热条件下容易造成工件发黄生锈。如果在干燥过程中残液不能完全干燥,那么在高温下喷涂和干燥粉末时,由于热膨胀的影响,残液会从焊缝中渗出,影响涂层与金属表面的结合,导致涂层附着力降低甚至脱落。
